Everything below covers what happens once you buy from this storefront. Brevity here is deliberate, and so is the absence of anything tucked away. Wherever a genuine limit exists it is printed at reading height, not folded into the third clause of a long paragraph.
Postmarked 29 August 2026Stars and Stripes IT is a trading name and nothing more. The company standing behind this counter is called Fortify 24x7. It receives your order, raises the invoice, employs every engineer, and carries the responsibility. That gets repeated across each page here, on the principle that a fact somebody might hide is a fact worth saying twice.
One item equals one capability, run on your behalf by our engineers, using the platform its route sheet names, at whatever quantity you ordered, while payment continues. An item undertakes nothing beyond that.
Route sheets are part of this deal. Every one closes with a block that marks the edge of that route, and those blocks bind us precisely as tightly as this page does. Read them at ordering time. They were written to be leaned on.
We try again, and we write. Ignore us for long enough and a subscription goes into suspension. Ahead of that we work quite hard at reaching a human being, since cutting protection off a business because a card ran out of months is a shabby thing to do. Waking a suspended service sometimes means redeploying agents.
We will operate what you bought competently and attentively, look after the platforms it sits on, keep a staffed desk answering alarms and dispatches, and describe your own environment to you honestly. The last of those holds just as firmly on days when the problem proves to be ours.
Security stops a great deal. It never stops everything. A supplier claiming otherwise is describing something nobody has ever shipped. There is no warranty from us that every threat is intercepted, that data never goes astray, or that any given system runs uninterrupted.
Each route sheet marks its own edge. Those edges are terms of this contract, not cushioning added afterwards by somebody nervous.
So far as any of this may lawfully be agreed:
Everything inside your environment remains yours. We come into contact with it purely to operate the service, on the footing described in our privacy notice. Protecting something gives us no ownership stake whatever, and this page grants no licence over your material beyond running the thing you ordered.
One action ends it. Step up to the counter, open the billing panel, and close the subscription yourself. Or write one line to the desk and an engineer closes it before the day is out. Whatever stretch you already covered runs to its close, and our refund policy handles money already collected.
From our side, we may suspend or close a service where payment dries up, where the usage proves unlawful, or where somebody endangers the people who work here or another customer of ours. Unless the matter is too urgent for it, notice comes first, with time to set things straight.
Occasionally they do. Substantial revisions get reposted here beneath a fresh postmark, and anybody whose running subscription a revision touches hears from us in person. Remaining a customer past the day a revision takes hold is what acceptance looks like.
Should a paragraph here prove unenforceable, every other paragraph stands untouched. Letting something slide once surrenders it once, and no further. Take this page together with the route sheets and the policies linked in every footer, and that is the arrangement in full.
Governing law comes from the jurisdiction Fortify 24x7 is organised under, and its courts take any dispute.
