A security service that watched nothing would protect nothing. Depending which lines you buy, that observation can take in program and file activity on a machine, mail headers and message bodies, hardware inventory and patch state, the whereabouts of regulated records, and the contents of whatever you asked us to keep copies of.

Telemetry keeps for the window belonging to whichever item produced it, and each route sheet names that window. Copies made under the backup items keep for the retention you selected.
Processing happens in the United States and in other countries our providers operate from, always on terms that carry the protections along with the data.
